Now Available - Democracy Report 2025 in Portuguese and Spanish!

In addition to the original English version, the V-Dem Institute Democracy Report 2025 is now available in Portuguese and Spanish. Both versions contain new and unique additions.

The Portuguese version, translated by the V-Dem Regional Center Southern Europe, includes a new section with 17 original articles on the Portuguese-speaking countries across the world.

The Spanish version, translated by the V-Dem Regional Center Latin America, includes a new section on Legislative Oversight and Democratic Resilience in Latin America.
