Clemence Pinaud

Pinaud is an expert on South Sudan, African civil wars and genocide. Her research concerns the history of South Sudan's second and third civil wars. She is an associate professor in the Department of International Studies at the Hamilton Lugar School of Global and International Studies at Indiana University-Bloomington.
