WARNING:

  • We ask you to NOT use these quota and percentage variables: v2lgqugent, v2lgqugens, v2lgqumin, v2lgqugen. We have discovered series mistakes in the time series.
  • We also ask you to be cautions when using the following percentage variables. Data for these variables have not gone through full quality control with thorough cross-referencing yet. We hope to be able to do so for the version 7 of the dataset. This concerns the following variables: v2elnoncit, v2elmalsuf, v2elfemsuf, v2elsnlpop, v2elsnmpop, v2psswitch, v2clsnmpct, v2clsnlpct, v2svstterr, v2svstpop, v2mefemjrn, v2meaccess, v2clrgwkch, v2csanmvch.
  • During the preparation of the data, identifiers for the main country coded of approximately 12% of experts were incorrectly assigned. As a result, cross-national comparability was reduced to an unclear extent. Starting from v7.1, the identification of the main country coded for all experts is correct, increasing cross-national comparability.
